1) Revocable License / Admission Rights

This ticket is a revocable license that grants the holder admission to the event listed on the face of the ticket. The venue and event organizer reserve the right to revoke this license and refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, inappropriate, or in violation of venue policies, without refund.

2) Compliance With Venue Policies

Ticket holders agree to comply with all venue rules, security requirements, and posted policies, including but not limited to bag restrictions, prohibited items, health and safety protocols, and screening procedures. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal.

3) Assumption of Risk

Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, including but not limited to injury from soccer balls, projectiles, equipment, in-game events/participation, or interactions with other spectators.

4) Liability Waiver

Holder agrees that the team, league, venue, event promoter, players, and affiliated entities are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages sustained at the event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5) Ticket Resale / Transfer

Resale or transfer of this ticket may be restricted. Unauthorized resale, duplication, or use for commercial or promotional purposes without written consent is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.

6) Event Date & Time Changes

Event date and time are subject to change. No refund or exchange will be provided due to scheduling changes.

7) Cancellation / Postponement Policy

If postponed or rescheduled, this ticket will be valid for the new date.

8) Media & Recording Consent

By entering the venue, holder grants permission to the league, team, and media partners to use their image, likeness, voice, and actions in any live or recorded broadcast, photograph, or promotional material without compensation.

9) Prohibited Commercial Use

This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes without prior written consent from the event organizer and applicable league.

10) Code of Conduct

Guests must adhere to the venue’s fan code of conduct. Prohibited behavior includes fighting, harassment, intoxication, disruptive conduct, throwing objects, or entering restricted areas. Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest.

11) Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)

Events will take place rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by event officials. No refunds will be issued due to weather.

12) Security Screening

All persons and property are subject to search upon entry. Refusal to consent may result in denied admission without refund.

13) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets

The event organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets. Only tickets purchased through authorized sellers are guaranteed entry.

14) Seating / Obstructed Views

Venue reserves the right to relocate seating due to operational or safety needs. Some seats may have obstructed views.

15) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state/province in which the event is held. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable local courts (or via arbitration, if specified).
